By accessing the Summit Wellness website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, patients, and members of Summit Wellness and its parent company, Unity Wellness.

2. Medical Disclaimer

The therapeutic massage and wellness services provided by Summit Wellness are intended to support general health, pain management, and relaxation. However, they are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider regarding any underlying medical conditions or acute injuries.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

We highly respect the time of our clinical therapists and our patients. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without prior notification, may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the scheduled service.

4. Professional Conduct and Boundaries

Summit Wellness strictly enforces a safe, professional, and therapeutic environment. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks, advances, or behaviors will result in the immediate termination of the session. In such events, the client will be held responsible for the full payment of the booked service, and future access to Summit Wellness facilities will be permanently revoked.

5. Membership and Billing

If you enroll in a Summit Wellness Membership program, you agree to the recurring monthly billing terms outlined in your specific membership agreement. Memberships are non-transferable, and any accrued sessions are subject to the expiration policies detailed at the time of your initial enrollment.
